چکیده
Abstract Real-world data (RWD) from electronic health records (EHRs) and administrative claims databases are used increasingly to generate real-world evidence (RWE). RWE is support clinical packages for medicines that inform decision-makers. In this review of current issues in the use RWD-derived external comparator groups regulatory filings, we assess a series topics generally apply across many disease indications. However, most examples illustrations focus on oncology research setting. The include an overview uses RWD drug development, discussion filings using comparators, brief guidance documents white papers pertaining summary some limitations methodological finally, look at future area recommendations.

Smog, Cognition and Real-World Decision-Making
Cognitive functioning is critical as in our daily life a host of real-world complex decisions in high-stakes markets have to be made. The decision-making process can be vulnerable to environmental stressors. Summarizing the growing economic and epidemiologic evidence linking air pollution, cognition performance and real-world decision-making, we first illustrate key physiological and psychologi...

DTGolog, a decision-theoretic agent programming language based on the situation calculus, was proposed to ease some of the computational difficulties associated with Markov Decision Processes (MDPs) by using natural ordering constraints on execution of actions. Using DTGolog, domain specific constraints on a set of policies can be expressed in a high-level program to reduce significantly comput...
